Every Organisation is unique – the systems it works with are different, the data it collects is different, the needs, issues and concerns are different and, ultimately, the ways in which it works with data and the expectations for its analytical use are different. We therefore take an individual approach to each Client and help them implement a solution that is optimal for their circumstances, which would not necessarily work under other boundary conditions, including in particular the quality of the source data, its volume, the number and technology of the source systems.
The market for data processing tools today offers many opportunities. We can use cloud or on-premises, paid or open-source tools, and in the end we can opt for a homogeneous environment from one provider or choose and put together tools from several different ones. The choice of tools is always an individual decision, which should be based on a thorough analysis of the current situation and needs. Until recently, there has been a clear trend towards migrating solutions to the cloud. Today, this is no longer so obvious and moves in the other direction are also becoming more common, as different solutions may prove most beneficial in certain situations.
In the first phase of the work, we always seek to identify and have a good understanding of the Client’s needs and problems. This may involve auditing the existing Business Intelligence ecosystem or conducting a series of pre-analysis interviews. Knowing the needs, we proceed to the actual design of the construction of the target solution. The composition of the project team always depends on the Client’s situation and, depending on the complexity of the source systems and the data itself, is adapted accordingly. The project involves developing the architecture, conducting a detailed business analysis, modelling the target solution, preparing data mappings and, ultimately, developing integration solutions and target analytics solutions (e.g. reports or AI solutions). The process is lengthy, but always able to be broken down into stages, so that we quickly deliver business value and confirm the relevance and correctness of the approach taken.
